Brilliant Women in Digital Health Awards 2023

I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of access/entry to the event.

My invitation to the event is personal and not transferable.

Telstra Health reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any person for any reason.

Telstra Health may contact me via SMS or any other electronic means to provide updates and key information about the event and related products and services.

Where elements of the event are delivered in an in-person format, I will comply with all applicable rules and requests made by the venue operator that apply to my conduct in the event space, such as regarding health and safety measures and the use of portable electronic equipment. 

This is a private and invitation-only event and I acknowledge that the copying or further distribution of material shared at or in relation to the event is strictly prohibited without the express permission of Telstra Health. Unless instructed otherwise during the event, attendees are welcome to take photographs promoting their attendance at the event for the purpose of sharing that content on their personal social media profiles.

Where elements of the event are delivered in an in-person format, Telstra Health may capture and use imagery and audio-visual content from the event. I consent to being filmed, recorded (by sound, video, image or otherwise), and photographed as an attendee of the event, and consent to its use by Telstra Health anywhere in the world for promotional and any other purposes.

I acknowledge that my interactions during the event, including my input, questions, polling submissions, and ratings will be owned by Telstra Health, and I accept that content including my interactions may be used anywhere in the world for promotional and any other purposes.

Telstra Health does not take responsibility for any goods, services, and other benefits I may receive in relation to the event. I acknowledge it is my responsibility to comply with my organisation’s gift and reward policies and will seek further advice from my organisation if necessary. 

I am attending the event at my own risk. Telstra Health is not responsible for any harm or loss unless caused by the wilful act or negligence of Telstra Health’s staff, agents, or sub-contractors.
